Yes, 12 Months replacement Warranty on all products Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have made from this site simply email us within 7 days from receipt of the goods. Product must be returned within 2 business days and it must be unused and as new in original packaging. We do not offer change of mind refunds so we suggest you select the product very carefully prior to purchasing. We can change orders around but only prior to shipping. You will be required to return the unwanted item(s) to us via post. Once these returned items have been received, we will post your replacement, or issue your refund. The items need to be returned in unused and as new condition. For refunds only, there may be a restocking fee charged at our discretion to cover any costs incurred to us. This fee is 15 per cent of the purchase cost. Return postage will be at Micro Cade cost only when there has been an error on our part. If the error is ours we will cover postage charges for the return of goods. There is no refund or returns on any SALE items. This includes Micro Cade Game Box, Portable and PC Systems. We have sales throughout the year and items are clearly marked as sale items. Games are included for FREE. What you are purchasing is the hardware. There is some game double ups especially if they were multi platform released. We do not make or add custom games to consoles.
