Is there a warranty?

Yes, all products include a 12-month replacement warranty.

What is your returns policy?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be posted within 2 business days. Refunds or replacements are processed once the goods are received. Micro Cade covers return postage only when an error is our responsibility.

Are sale items refundable?

Our stated policy excludes refunds and returns on sale items, including Game Boxes, portable systems and PC systems. Please check the applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Are the games included in the price?Games are supplied at no additional charge; you are purchasing the hardware. We do not create or add custom games.

Are the consoles tested?

Yes, every system is individually tested before dispatch. We also provide troubleshooting assistance.
